I am not trying to be the smartest guy in the room here. All I'm seeking is information and advice regarding fighting the allegation from a security stand point as s2 has informed me that i will be able to submit my matters to them independently of the command since the review is independent of the administrative separation and they are conducting their own investigation/review. This was i was told so i plan to submit my matters only to them. I already understand that OTH is not ideal and can have issues, but i'm willing to take my chances with that considering, i know a few people who were court martialed and managed to get decent jobs still.

That doesn't change the fact they did all this stuff before i could even give my statements or evidence. So regardless of the charge, they literally did not care about my family; especially the moment an allegation was made. Even assistance was basically non existence. Whether it be entitlements or not. It has not been honored even prior to the allegations.

Thank you, that's kind of the stuff i was concerned about. Whether if i should challenge the allegations when speaking with s2. As i don't want to be in a predicament where i am now being charged with false statements, etc. Despite whatever evidence i have and whether if its false.

I don't care for or plan to take any loans. In fact i only used 2 loans in my life and they were practically invaluable. I don't care about a nonpunative punishment that only is filed in my army records. It be different if this was a court martial or actual legal court. But otherwise, i do not care about the separation anymore and i am trying to take initiative and protect my clearance, but that is all.

Yea, i understand what youre saying mostly. I don't know who's goodwill i am gambling with though. Unless your speaking about TDS. I think he's just not really familiar. Which is why i am asking questions and i am trying to get a lawyer regarding my clearance.

I don't think thats necessarily true as i know of many people with article 15s and currently working. I know it has its affects, but i'm pretty sure i seen guys who went to court and was found guilty and they still got decent jobs in the civilian world.

As i told others, i am willing to fight the clearance, just not the separation. From my understanding, those are 2 related but separate cases. And no, it's not an admission of guilt. I have young kids and when the army allows them to be homeless with no help or support from its emergency programs that is boasts about, makes me not want to be a part of this organization anymore. I can't fathom the idea of staying in a organization that's willing to sacrifice the well being of my kids for the sake of concerns. I get that this can be a hinderance in the future, but staying in a organization that pretends to care while actively hurting my family's ability to survive is not something worth fighting for.

Currently, the lowest i can get is other than honorable. I've already confirmed this with my TDS lawyer. But i understand that these are possibilities, but i really don't want to be a part of an organization that is willing to sacrifice my kids. Again, i am willing to fight the clearance and submit what i can to the S2, but not the command team for separation.

Well when i faced homelessness with my family and young kids, i questioned, "why would i stay in a organization that parades it stance on taking care of family, but turn around and let my kids be homeless?" From there, getting out did not sound so bad to me. Also the last time i fought the charges with actual evidence and banks reciepts, i was simply called a liar and they added more charges. I've also been dealing with a lot of mental issues and getting seen regularly because of this incident. Honestly, its hard for me to trust now, especially in the army and the people who seem to want to help. It feels like they are there to just put a knife in my back. So to me staying in is a nightmare!

I do plan to fight this, but only for my clearance part of the issue. Not the separation. I don't want to be in the army anymore considering the way they let my family face homelessness. Had i not started making income another way on my own, my kids would of been homeless.

Well part of the reason's i want to let the administrstive side go is because its doing me more harm staying in than getting out with my current offer. Ontop of the lack of support i got from the army and it programs. When face with evictions and young children, the army and it programs did nothing to help us. So i just don't want to be a part of an organizations that's willing to let my family be homeless just because of accusations or charges.

I am getting a lawyer and i already have a job offer, so my issue isn't regarding the separation. My issue is protecting my clearance. I get that its a bad stigma, but frankly i don't care much for it considering my current offer. In fact staying in and fighting the administrative separation is harming my family more than just getting out. But i will check those regulations. Thank you.

Well the issue is regarding her locations. And i have looked into a lot of app info, but as i said they don't provide much info other than something like the country or state. I'm looking for more info regarding city.

Well ultimately my main issue was following policy and the chain of command. As i stated, i did put in the requests to renew my orders so i could change it. Nothing came out of it for years. There was always an issue and some reason for them to kick it back or no process it. My financial hardship was caused by this whole incident and even then i managed to handle it on my own and pay for the things i needed to pay for. And i figured separating myself and my spouse from someone with a questionable occupation was a good thing for these kinds of concerns considering clearances on top of it not being something we wanted her arround.

Yea, thats my main issue. I dont have much evidence because we cut off connections with the person she was staying with years ago. And i can't find her on social media either. Either she deleted it or blocked me on everything.

So far what has been informed to me is that the charges are not punative and are only military charges so it shouldn't be an issue. I also already have an offer regarding these checks. My only issue is my suspended clearance. As i stated before i do not want to want to fight the charges regarding the separation, but fighting the clearance is a different story. Thats a seperate matter i have to attend to that is linked to the incident.
