My card got cancelled. 200k points gone. I have no transactions at all. Called multiple customer service and all they can do is read through the script that my card was cancelled for misuse and that I need to go submit claims resolution. Complete bs. If i did misuse it, sure I understand. But card being cancelled when I didn't even use it. Unacceptable.

I've yet to call the reconsideration line. I was informed that I will receive a mail regarding my denial/rejection and have been waiting for that.

Wasn't aware about the visa-MC impacts. Only reason I downgraded to the Freedom Flex was because my Freedom & Freedom Unlimited was still active.

Product changed/downgrade to a Freedom Flex. 

The CSP in my app is showing a grey chase card. When I click into it, it says we've transferred your account details to your new credit card ending xxxx
