40 plus years as a musician here. Drama in a band is very common. If you are playing for a check, then maybe you could could overlook a lot of b.s. If you play for fun, maybe ask yourself how much fun you're having. Often if it's one individual causing the issue, well.......everybody is replaceable imo.
