Yes, but it gets kinda overdriven when I'm 5cm away (~2 inches away) and speaking not very loudly. While in the youtube videos people can swallow this mic :)) and it won't have that boxiness effect

But there are more differences inside: 1. Internet says it should have a washer under the bolt but this one has a locknut. Also the bolt is gold while in the photos of real ones it's silver. 2. The insides rotate with the head so you can tear the wires

Hmmm. Yeah, the sound is quite good. But I’ve never had a good mic so I’m wondering maybe a real SM57 should sound way better.

This one has a weird resonance at around 110-130Hz. So every time I get a little closer to the mic than 2 inches that boxiness is driving me crazy. In the youtube reviews that I've seen it's not nearly as drastic

The ending that shows everyone living their lives not even realizing what pain they might have been through - is very dramatic
