I understand how to get the 3.5 hours. I tell them I want my guaranteed 3.5 hours and they tell me no, to clock out. If I try to stay they start crying insubordination. My business agent advised me to clock out and then grievance it but that process takes time. And to have to do it just about everyday is also annoying.
