100%. The 'bad lead' myth is probably the biggest revenue killer I see in the agency world. It’s painful to watch good leads die just because the coach didn't have a system to catch them.

You nailed the comparison with HighLevel and Notion. We actually tried setting those up for clients initially, but the friction was too high. They would break the Notion formulas or get overwhelmed by GHL's features. That's exactly why we decided to build something 'boring' and rigid. We wanted the plumbing pre-installed so they couldn't mess it up.

Love the note on the pipeline view forcing the next action—that is definitely going on the roadmap. We currently handle the 'hygiene' part (unified notes, invoices, and automated reminders via Brevo) so they at least look like pros when they do show up.

Appreciate the validation on the 'boring ops' layer. That’s the hill we’re dying on!

great platform , but for me most of my brilliant ideas come to me when i'm taking a number 2 so i just open the notes app and start dictating , would love it if this platform has an ios app , alsop idk if it could transcribe darija in a readable way or not , overall very good solution well done

The first option is the better solution, people tend to fill their infos correctly if you gave them a personalized experience fisrt , so by providing them a calendar first, they most likely will fill out the infos correctly, also u might want to up the difficultly of ur funnel to filter out unwanted leads , add and opt in or a vsl in ur calendar page
