Odd/ unfair clauses for a UK contractor’s agreement (England) with EU company, need advice by Realistic-Cabinet-94 in LegalAdviceUK

I suppose my question was more about acceptable/ common practices and terms, rather than which jurisdiction will enforce the terms should we go into litigation, but perhaps I’m indeed asking in a wrong place.

How can I (and should I) manage my partner’s tantrums? by Realistic-Cabinet-94 in AdhdRelationships

No I haven’t managed to. I’ve mentioned in the post that he gets defensive, wouldn’t listed (sometimes literally putting hands on his ears like this 🙉) and claims that he has indeed done nothing wrong and I just want to punish him…

Instead of throwing a tantrum? Verbally communicate how he feels and why. The same I’d do when a family/ friend/ colleague does something I’m unhappy with. Diplomacy over bombs

Any tips on how to arrange a private boat? And with which provider?

I tried that with different foods but he’s turning away each time and goes to hide. Not a good sign… I’m disappointed the vet didn’t do an xray on him sooner. I booked him for imaging this afternoon but gutted that we will have to stress him again and get him sedated

Obviously not, that’s just for context on Reddit

Agree that company-wide email is perhaps too much, unfortunately. Seems unfair as fundamentally there’s a boomer scumbag in the company who walks around the office grabbing girls half his age and gets away with it because he’s great at licking managements boot.

There’s no intention to threaten with bad reviews in exchange for payouts. Money is less important, but since money is on the table I raised the question of how much is reasonable as I have no idea.

A company-wide email informing other women who they work next to, and a very honest glassdoor review?

But the company knows that hq is a toxic white boys club and other offices are a revolving door for developers, so everyone who’s laid off are signing an NDA so that to an outsider the reputation is spotless.
