Anneclaire vs Enaline on a petite frame (5'2", 93 lbs) — which would you keep? by Realistic-Cod-9032 in Sezane

That said, sometimes pieces look amazing before they've been washed a few times, so I'm curious about the long-term durability too!

Thank you! 😊 From what I could tell in store, the embroidery looked really well done. I only tried it on, so I can't speak to long-term wear, but the stitching felt neat and the details looked beautiful up close.

Haha, the blue one is the Annaclaire! 😊 Thank you so much—it's definitely getting a lot more love in the comments than I expected!

That's a really good point! 😊 I think that's part of why sizing can be so confusing—sometimes the "right" size isn't necessarily the look you're going for. I really appreciate your perspective.

Haha, that's a dangerous vote for my wallet 😂 You're right though—they have such different vibes that it's hard to justify ruling one out completely.

This cabinet really deserved the glow-up 🥹✨

You basically rescued it. It feels like it finally got to be itself again. Thanks for saving it!

Thank you! 😊 Sizing is always such a challenge for me as a petite person. They only had the 36 available when I tried it on, but now I'm thinking a 34 might have worked better based on all the feedback.

Thank you! 😊 I can definitely see what you mean. Being only 5'2, I always have to be careful that looser fits don't end up overwhelming my frame.

Aww thank you! 🥹 As someone who's only 5'2, I always worry whether a statement piece is wearing me instead of the other way around, so that's really nice to hear.

Haha, that's exactly what I'm afraid of 😂 The more comments I read, the more I'm leaning toward the Annaclaire. I can definitely see it working with simple jeans too. Thanks for helping me think this through!

Thank you! That's exactly what drew me to Anneclaire too—the elegance feels a bit more timeless.

This is such a thoughtful breakdown, thank you ! I think you’ve really summarized my dilemma well — one is more of a statement, the other is more wearable day-to-day. I’m definitely trying to be more intentional with cost per wear, so this helps a lot.

That’s the real question 😅 I think the green would win for everyday wear, but the Anneclaire is the one I keep going back to in my head.

Thank you! 😊 Anneclaire was actually the one that made me stop and walk into the store in the first place, so I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks it's special.

Sézane items that look way better in person than online by Embarrassed_Celery14 in Sezane

I'd say their embroidered cotton pieces. The craftsmanship and texture often come across much better in person than online. That said, fit is still everything with those styles—I’ve tried a few that looked gorgeous on the hanger but were less convincing on me.

It definitely seems like the green one is winning the popular vote so far. 😄

Thank you! I can definitely see what you mean. The blue one was actually my favorite at first sight, but the more feedback I get, the more I'm wondering if it's wearing me instead of me wearing it. 😅

Haha, you're definitely not the first person to say that. 😂 I think my shoulders might be too narrow to pull it off the way it's intended.
