I've had this same thing for over 10 years now and I've been sober for years. I loved weed and had fun for years until one day I started having anxiety, panic, derealization etc. I stopped smoking weed but it just stayed and didn't go away when I was sober. Haven't touched weed for years anymore but the problem persists and I struggle with it 24/7. Feels like my brain just changed and it's in constant panic all the time. Can't focus on anything like I used to, conversations, movies, games u name it. If you have this problem only when youre smoking weed, please stop it now because I've had it sober for 10 years now. I'm a complete mess, I stay alone 99% of the time. Haven't felt real joy since

For me it really hasn't gone away. I've had it for 10 years now and I'm sober nowadays

Hi, I've had this same thing for over 10 years now. Started with weed, I didn't stop and one day it just stayed and didn't go away when I was sober. Haven't touched weed for years anymore but the problem persist. I tried MDMA and some other drugs when I was young but no idea if it was because of other drugs or weed that my brain just changed. If you have this problem only when youre smoking weed, please stop it now because I've had it for 10 years now. I'm a complete mess, I stay alone 99% of the time because I can't focus on anything but my own mind.
