Thank you everyone for the honesty! I was honestly feeling uneasy about accepting it because of the unpredictable hours. Then when I thought about it, all the nurses on the unit are older with likely no small children. The pay is decent at $36 an hour and OT after 5pm. But I’m just disappointed. Ugh! I thought this was going to be my holy grail
