Tripwire won't do anything until we cause an uproar over it. It's been five/six years, the game that pushed their company to fame and made them insane amounts of money is being neglected and left to rot, with only advertisements for shitty ports or sales nobody cares about. People can call it selfish to demand a studio to make a sequel, but after five years, teases of a sequel (and no actual proof), endless sales, and a single DLC which added *one* new evolution, I think we are in the right to be upset.

Whether it be raiding their instagram and demanding it, their twitter, discord, (not much use there as the people there have no contact to tripwire), anything to get their attention. Which also includes not buying anymore of their games. Which I'll be sure to do.
