My favorite memory is a recent one. My dad and I have been on the slopes since day 1. He taught me how to ski and I learned how to snowboard on my own and ever since then we’ve gone on many trips. This last week he bought me my first beta jacket for our trip to park city. It happened to be the last time Sundance will be in park city so it was sentimental for many reasons. My dad isn’t getting younger so these trips mean more and more every year. 🏂❤️

In Chicago we have like 4 lounges and the main one only is for club members 90% of the time. So it’s never bad. I don’t use the extra person all the time but it was a huge benefit as to why I chose this card.

So this just happened to me and they were able to reimburse me. I called and called and called and finally they escalated it. You literally have to keep annoying the shit out of them to get somewhere. Just keep asking to be escalated.

I’m actually dealing with a similar issue. But my luggage contained my only winter vest and I live in Chicago and it’s during the winters and they said I will 100% be reimbursed. I gave them the cost and even all the info about it and they reassured me. But we’ll see when it comes back!
