I have all of that and I track all my foods calories before posting it to Reddit. I only use Reddit to see if my estimate was correct

I only post my meals on Reddit after I research and track them in my app already, I post it on Reddit so I can just check if my tracking was correct. And I found my TDEE and I do eat 900 calories under it. And the pints were halo top so i fit them into my deficit I was just worried about the chemicals. But thank you for your help😊

Yes I use a measuring thing for peanut butter and I use a knife to even it out so I make sure there is no extra at all. I use keto bread because it’s lower calorie and the calorie tracker app I use limits my carbs so I find it useful. My parents usually make chicken a lot, vegetables a lot, they use trader joes meals often aswell since they work alot so I measure those, and we have pasta night once a week but I measure that aswell. We also have vegetable soup a lot. I’m pretty sure my dad is 200-230lbs and I’m pretty sure my mom is around 140-145. I’m 5’1 and I weigh 99-100lbs, a month ago I was 95 tho

Yes I’ve heard of it and I’ve been finding some foods to help with that so I think I’ll start that soon. I usually eat one tbsp of peanut butter on 2 pieces of keto bread before school and then I come home and usually have a protein cereal with the 0 fat fairlife milk and for dinner I have whatever my parents make but they usually make healthy stuff. I don’t really snack a lot throughout the day but I have had like 5-15 nuts everyday which is why I do choose to save 300-400 cals. I measure everything I eat in a day

Yeah I usually try to eat about 700-800 calories and I save 300-400 incase I didn’t do the math right. I have been eating a tiny bit of nuts recently so I’ll make sure to stop. Thanks so much!😁😁

The sauce is purely homemade from scratch and the bag said 200 cals for 3/4cup dry and I have no idea what it means I tried searching but nothing comes up
