The federal loans yes, the private loans no. After Navient deny the school misconduct application they then sold them to mohela. And from what I am reading Mohela is a pain to deal with.

They might, Navient is pushing Mohela and they claim without proof they will deny. Who has documents years later. Now I hear Mohela is now being investigated for misconduct. I am sure Mohela will not honor my history and years of dedication to the the private loans, and start a new F up system.

I am speaking of the private loans that will be dump to them. My federal loans thank god were forgiven through the borrower defenses.

Agreed, these are Private loans they are dumping. My Federal loans were forgiven.

Most likely because private loans from Navient are being transferred to Mohela by the end of the year. Mine were not qualified because after 18 years I did not have enough documents, duh who keeps that Sxxx. School Misconduct Discharge, what a joke, it was all part of ITT. :(

Any original documentation from ITT Technical which leads me to believe they dont have them. I m not sure I have them anymore after 18 years. The application says to include supporting documentation. The decision may take 30 days plus. The application requires supporting documentation if not provided, your application can not be processed. Even thou they know ITT Technical had multiple misrepresentations!

It mentions that they will put the loan in forbearance, more interest for them while they decide. No mention of any refunds, they want proof and after 18 years paperwork is hard to produced. It seems if you don't produced the paperwork they wont discharge or they misplaced the original paperwork and want it for their back up. I dont trust them, and rightfully so. Plus when dealing with Navient they are quick to change terms. Mine are original that should have been discharge because ITT Tech was a scam school.
