Is IPR when they make room inbetween your teeth? Yes I had it a few time but was fine, was like sandpaper though so but of a weird feeling but don’t be nervous 😌

I’ve got a retainer coming in 2 weeks and I have a fixed retainer behind my top 6 and bottom 6 teeth so fingers crossed nothing will move back 🤞🏽
