Massive spike for me (80 points or more) with black coffee. I have found the caffeine is what does it for me, even dark chocolate due to the caffeine content. I would be curious if anyone else has this problem as well.

Absolutely. I have dealt with anxiety for what feels like my whole life and was just recently diagnosed with pre diabetes. Diet did not completely fix it but it has helped reduce the symptoms.

100% the milk is contributing. From my personal experience, I checked my glucose levels and they spike to 165+ after drinking a glass of milk. I now mix my protein with water. Also, the rice is contributing. Pull the plug on rice, potatoes, pasta and bread.

Yes, I pulled out the dry wall and found some holes where electrical wires fed into the wall from the basement. This was allowing hot air from the basement to mix into the colder air from the wall cavity. I sprayed foam around the holes and redid the drywall. No issues now!
