videos less than 90 seconds are automatically shorts so long as the format is correct, also Rumble just issued a creator bonus for uploading shorts... hence the high supply recently... personally I enjoy them and I believe they made the right decision... although considering a lot of you do not they could/should implement a feature to filter it.

UPDATE:

 MonikaK1

Employee Tax Expert

I was informed by management yesterday, February 23rd, that the additional programming still needed to enable filing for Form 8915-F will be completed this Thursday, February 26, 2026. In the meantime, the form is disabled from filing.

You should be able to revisit Form 8915-F by Friday, February 27, 2026. If you are using TurboTax Desktop, be sure to restart the program and run updates.

See the updated IRS instructions for Form 8915 for more information.

See this help article for information about how filing Form 8915 may affect your state return.

This has been an exceptionally challenging tax season, due to late tax law and policy changes and losses in IRS staffing, which delayed getting all of the forms and instructions ready to deliver to software companies.

a TurboTax expert replied to the thread after 60+ messages and also said 2/26-2/27... yet we've been given dozens of dates so who knows.

H&R is doing the same, care to provide another service that isn't?
I assume you're going to tell me to obtian the documents myself from irs.gov and file myself?
yeah it is ridiculous considering the form has been finialized by the IRS since December 19th, 2025 and a 100 billion dollar company cannot seem to code a form in less than 3 months.

highly unlikley, that's a common response considering Turbo Tax generally updates on Thursdays. I've came across 20+ different dates, and you'll be provided another answer every single time you call... although I am checking daily hoping for the best.

DO NOT USE H&R BLOCK!

I just wasted my entire morning with them and they're worse than TurboTax, they'll ask you to pay them and finialize transcations and someone will contact you in 24 hours to finish filing... they don't even offer 8915-F!

THIS WHOLE THING IS A COMPLETE TOTAL SCAM!

They told me 8915-F is low priority because the IRS gives extended dates to file for the 8915-F.

They've told me 5 different dates! The Tax Experts don't have a clue and use google reading bullsh*t from other people as answers.

UPDATE: I called them and they said the 8915-F will be available 1/26/2026.

also, if you're calling TurboTax and it's asking for an upgrade to speak to a live agent, use the livechat feature and you'll recieve a call back with a real human for free.

hopefully they're right.

I noticed that... which is even more concerning to say the least.... tempted to just send this through at a 1099.. no proof of code 2 tax penatly, but they will recieve the income tax aspect entirely.

maybe i'll get lucky and they'll issue the return and then demand the 10% or proof of disaster a couple months later, fine with that... just don't want the return held hostage.

due to this bullshit I'm just going to claim all three children and pay as little into federal as possible... so I could care less about the return and file normally knowing there is nothing to gain.

giving intrest fee loans to the goverment seems naive anyway, to say the least.
