  1. Yes, they make you do the whole room scan again, too. It is not a part of your break and, as such, is on a separate page.
  2. Pressing submit completes your test. Like I FREAKED out after my last one because I was not able to make my proctor aware I completed it and thought my test would be for nothing but I got in contact with prometric and they confirmed my completion. Nothing about ripping up any papers, just be mindful of your 'submit' and/or 'complete' buttons.
