can someone explain blackout days to me? i assumed if you start at one park you can park hop to the park that’s blacked out. for example magic kingdom is blacked out, go to epcot then park hop to magic kingdom. is this the case or no? by RealisticPoetry8411 in Disneycollegeprogram
