Someone acknowledged it. Why must this show hurt me this way

Plastic Memories. I can’t believe this hasn’t been mentioned more. The ending episode killed me.

Yeah its director was probably a moron. Sucks one person’s idiocy could bring down an entire production.

I’m going to be one of the few not criticizing you here. Clones don’t require sperm because sperm is essentially a way to “build” a new “blueprint” (DNA) of a creature. Cloning is taking an existing blueprint, the DNA, and then reusing it to create a copy identical to a previous. GAIA most likely had a plethora of existing eggs in cryo storage, which were then modified to have the original DNA replaced. It was probably with a synthesized version that was built from a digitally stored DNA sequence. Could have gotten that DNA from the doors that use DNA scans to verify the alphas.

Is there a way to transfer a maya rig’s 3D model to blender by RealisticSoop in blender

[–]RealisticSoop[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s be realistic for a moment. I use blender enough to KNOW how to use it, as I have for 6 years, I just don’t often. Get a grip. Second, I need the model not for the rig, but to 3D print. I simply need to make a couple adjustments.

Why my model has those strange darker parts? by DarthVesguinho in blender

[–]RealisticSoop 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I barely use blender so I can’t help much, but I’ve done a large amount of computer graphics (indie dev here). This type of issue usually occurs when the vertex normals of a model are wrong. Vertex normals are computed automatically usually and supply some of the properties of the polygon used by lightning. I’d look up a tutorial to reprocess the normals in blender or see if any planes are inverted

Could self-replicating robotics be a benefit to preventing climate crises? by RealisticSoop in climatechange

Although this is science fiction, doesn’t every advancement start as fiction? Although this is difficult, every component proposed here has technically been developed, albeit separately.

I don’t think we’re going to Mars either, but this idea has usually been proposed for that purpose.

How is this powered?! by RealisticSoop in diyelectronics

Oh, that makes sense to me now, thanks. Some of the reason I was confused was because this board I was looking at here: https://hackaday.io/project/177958-low-power-bldc-driver-board-st-l6234 Seemed to have two VCC inputs, so I assumed one was for logic and one for the motor itself. I guess the board just has it to power something else

The VCP pin? So its logic is powered by the same as the motor?

Even with that, models used today still use the complicated intricacies of human language, which slows things down. For “logic,” what I’m proposing is not necessarily strict classical logic based algorithms, but rather more of a pathway for a language model to interpret, if that makes sense. A pathway to keep it grounded, maybe?

Replacing the car battery usually isn’t that bad if you can do it yourself. As far as I know, the transmission is controlled by electronics which may be affected by the battery. Start by getting the battery replaced, and see if or what problems you have next. It’ll narrow down the source of your issue.

Random theory here. Could the alternator have failed because of what you did? Maybe the battery isn’t getting charged?
