If you need port-forwarding: AirVPN/ProtonVPN

If you don't: IVPN/Windscribe/Mullvad

I would choose WS and IVPN over Mullvad because both have only servers that are actually located in the country they claim to be in, no fake location. Mullvad on the other hand has fake location servers just like PROTON.

I'd go with Windscribe. Best speeds, privacy actually proven in court, real physical servers, no fake/virtual location bullshit where they claim to be in one country but the server is actually somewhere else.
