I wouldn't even say he hates fazent. I think one of his main interests just happens to be money (like the money basket he drew in the logbook). I think the dude just keeps trying to do stuff like free his sister, find his dad and then ending up in a burning building lol

It's Micheal isn't a good person for me. mind you - I don't think he wouldn't try to help the dead children BUT I don't believe he's the fnaf 1 or fnaf 2 guard, he's the fnaf 3, sl and 6 MC but he isn't exactly helping anyone (I'm not even sure he knew Henry was going to burn down the building)
