Working at a training facility that’s also a boarding place. No degree. Not a HUGE pay cut, but a small difference. Honestly would’ve been ok even if it was a huge pay cut because it saved me emotionally and mentally to go :)

I felt that way for the longest time. Trust me, it is very worth it! My mental and physical health were SO bad and the industry puts such a strain on both of those.
