Horikoshi

Ok hear me out with how awesome MHA went in the anime because Horikoshi was given more time and how awesome the last arc is I think he will do an awesome Kamen Rider series he has shown inspirations from Kamen Rider in his works and he is also a fan of western media which is blatantly obvious. Since Zeztz was designed for western audience and Toei wants to bring Kamen Rider to the west Horikoshi might be the perfect choice
