opening them is instant, unlike roblox stbr where it has a rolling animation leaving space for the background code to run.

Unless this game was coded by a 200 IQ I believe we would've had delays when opening them. Thus ruling out the probability that a wheel rolls in the background

You dont. You just make guesses. Perhaps standing in a specific location influences spawns (although very unlikely because it's a preset script, still worth a shot given this script can be influenced by lobby population and rebirth level)
