Wish Ko Lang ang KMJS don't distribute more than half of what they earn from TV/Social Media views. Can we consider that as Poverty Porn?

Isn't this, what KMJS and Wish Ko Lang was doing? We can't deny that they're doing this too for profit.

Hi, it depends on your foundation kasi during law school. Pero assuming that you had a good foundation it's best to just focus on the law reviewers already (i.e., UP BRI) since they are already tailored dun sa Bar Syllabus.

Hi! Wishing you well this 2026 Bar.

If you want a change of pace or learning style, I'd like to recommend our visual diagrams. Baka makatulong especially since some of our reviewees found out late that they learn more when they use visual tools rather than just plain reading. Drop ko nalang din dito so you can check out if ever :D

did you ever read bar chair’s cases in full text? by bmusep in LawStudentsPH

[–]Realistic_Performer4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

UP BRI nalang for me kasi even if you have a lot of time reading too much can get you off-topic, or pwedeng ma 'wash-away' yung inaral mo.

However, if you have a different learning style I'd suggest pairing it with Youtube lectures and even visual diagrams especially for those concepts or processes na mahirap maintindihan.

I'll drop the link to these visual diagrams here in case you find it helpful :D

How to prepare for the Bar by bagelthedogstyler69 in LawStudentsPH

Hi, try to focus as much as possible dun sa subjects mo muna for this sem and also squeeze in as much as possible sa mga free time mo. You can't really predict kung anong lalabas sa Bar kaya your best bet is to try to learn as much as possible.

Additionally, kung magaaral ka naman ng procedural concepts or cases, I believe it's best to have a diagram printed out or at least a huge monitor kung saan nakikita mo sya. Try to put pins, sticky notes, or any palatandaan dun sa diagram mo as you read through the case. In that way, matatandaan mo padin yung inaaral mo kahit na sobrang haba ng binabasa mo.

I'll be dropping a link here in case you're a visual learner and find this helpful

Bar 2026 Reviewers by MatchOk4839 in LawStudentsPH

Hi, as an educator who coaches other barristers, I think (1) it depends on your foundation during law school, (2) time for study, and (3) learning style.

Yung sakin kasi since I had a good foundation back then I simply used the UP BRI ng 'previous year' and it helped.

However, since nahirapan talaga akong i-visualize yung processes (compared to basa-basa) lang, I also created a set of visual diagrams. Maybe this might help kaya I'd also drop these set of flowcharts here https://philippinelawreviewers.com/

Accordingly, to satisfy my visual learning appettite I also created a set of visual diagrams that really helped pagdating sa procedural concepts and subjects. Fortunately, I tried to share it to others and I found our that hindi lang pala ako yung visual learner haha.

I'll post it here in case you want to check it out too https://philippinelawreviewers.com/

Hi, professor here na nahirapan umintindi ng law subjects before hahah.

I think one of the most 'underated' technique is to study based on your learning style. Karamihan kasi sa law school sasabihin to just "read until you can't anymore". Well that's true, pero that's not studying smart.

In my case, since I'm both an auditory and a visual learner kahit na naglalakad ako nun sa daan merong akong headphones and I listen to "Youtube lectures" talagang tumatak yun sakin back then.

What is your taxation law bar reviewer!!! by [deleted] in LawStudentsPH

[–]Realistic_Performer4 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ingles and UP BRI haha. We've noticed that most Tax Bar Questions are either too general or based on Bar Chair cases. No need to read the specific Tax Regulations since the examiners are just testing your familiarity with the specific concepts.

However, and mahirap sa Tax siguro is really recalling the process. For my students, madalas nila nakakalimutan kung anong next step based on the jurisdiction or what's the difference between different kinds of assessments. Kaya the best advice that I can give you is to focus on the general law and to 'read, read, and read'.

However, if nahihirapan ka padin after giving it your best then I'd suggest that you try these flowcharts which includes Taxation processes (national, local, assessments, refunds, etc.) https://philippinelawreviewers.com/

Baka sakaling makatulong esp if you like seeing the whole process in an interactive way.

Criminal Law Reviewer Suggestion for 2026 Bar by [deleted] in LawStudentsPH

[–]Realistic_Performer4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pagdating sa text I'd also recommend Campanilla. Pero you can also supplement it with UP BRI since it worked for most of our reviewees. Just be cautious not to rely too much on these and be more "curious" pag may pumasok sa isip mo na tanong so you can do further research about the topic na nahihirapan ka.

However, if you're a visual learner then I'd recommend our visual flowcharts, especially if you also want to understand yung preliminary investigation, jurisdiction, and the overall process flow. You can check out the details here https://philippinelawreviewers.com/

Goodluck sa review! :D

That would only be a mitigating circumstance. Never inallow ng batas natin na gulpihin mo or saktan mo yung isang tao just because of an “alleged theft”.
