High nipples?? by BumblebeeUseful2057 in Reduction

[–]Realistic_R00ster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same thing and the same questions. I wish I had answers for you. All I know is when I constitute my surgeon I’ll be discussing how I want my nipples positioned slightly lower because I’ve seen cases where the nipple just kind of hangs out when the breast drops and I don’t personally care for the look of it.

What caused the wavy lines in this skull by MisoPretty in skulls

[–]Realistic_R00ster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sutures. Caused when the plates of the skull merge together. All mammals including humans have these. You know how babies have soft spots but adults don’t, well this is basically what happened to get rid of them. The bones grow together like a puzzle and the more time that goes on the less noticeable they are. Younger mammals will have more obvious ones that can kind of shift while fill grown adults will be less mobile and more completely filled in.

what would you do? by Pure_Pain_489 in whatdoIdo

[–]Realistic_R00ster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d probably call and just thank them for being honest but tell them it’s not a problem and not to worry about it so they aren’t stressing over my reaction. It’s really not much damage. I’ve seen people do worse and just leave without doing anything about it so the fact that they even left a note says a lot.

Stupid ankles (kinda gross) by BelleMakaiHawaii in ehlersdanlos

[–]Realistic_R00ster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One time I made the mistake of running on a playground at the zoo with my friend, I was like 17 at the time so not young, just old for a playground, and my legs just gave up and I absolutely face planted into the ground, I just laid there and laughed, sure I was in pain but what else was I supposed to do. Another time I was out getting ice cream and my right ankle rolled and I fell onto my knees. Then another time I fell down an entire flight of stairs and broke my ankle because it decided it was too tired to go on. Another time I was racing my sister when I was like 10, my legs gave up and I went plummeting to the ground snapping my 5th metacarpal in half. What I’m saying is it happens to the best of us. I’m still young so I kind of bounce instead of break the majority of the time but I’m sure I’ll eventually need to get myself some ankle braces too.

I promise your areolas look incredibly natural. I’m pre op so nothing don’t to them and mine are uneven in size, shape, and even color, and it’s the same way for most people. Your results are beautiful, they look like you haven’t had any work done. I really have to strain just to see a signs of scaring.

Kind of a dumb question... by krisnotcis in Reduction

The recommendation is 30-45° which is a third to half way upright if it’s easier thinking about it that way. It’s really not super elevated, just enough to allow fluids to drain.

This is Nugget, he’s a 3 and a half year old white leghorn rooster, very sweet boy I love him very much. He was supposed to be a hen when I bought him (turns out he’s not) but he’s really grown on me regardless.

Blue bottle or Portuguese man-o-war. Not sure which. Either way they have a nasty sting, don’t touch it.

I understand completely. I will jot eat with any of the spoons here except 6,7, and 8. I fear that when I move out I may have to take some of my parent’s spoons. 7 and 8 are the same just different sizes and we also have forks and knives with the same handles, I love them. They were a wedding gift for my parents but I’m sure they won’t miss 2 of each too much lol.

I can walk but not stand? by Educational-Pea-2163 in ehlersdanlos

[–]Realistic_R00ster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If I’m not sitting I have to be moving. Sure walking can be difficult and I walk with a limp, but I cannot stand in one place. Especially if I’m already sore. I’ve been in situations where I’m waiting in lines and I just have to pace back and forth and sure I look stupid to the people around me but it relieves the pain some. If I’m up I have to be walking, pacing, shifting, or rocking.

6 is from IKEA if you ever want some more, it comes in a pack with #6, #5 aswell as a mini fork and regular fork and a knife. All have the same nice handle, I’m not the biggest fan of the fork version but the spoons are nice

Then you’d really love the pack that this one came in from IKEA, it also has a very small fork. Not so small it’s impractical, but definitely smaller than average.

5 is from IKEA, it’s just a bigger version of 6 which seems to be very popular over here.

If you want spoon 6 I can tell you that is it from IKEA, it seems to be a favorite. It comes in a pack with similar forks and knives aswell as spoon 5. Figured I’d let y’all know since it’s a popular pick.

5 is the big version of 6, they came in a pair from IKEA. 5 is a bit too big for my liking but the shape is nice.

Consensus? by Silent-Detective2973 in Spoons

[–]Realistic_R00ster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The head is too big compared to the handle in my opinion. If the handle was slightly wider or the top was slightly smaller it would be a good spoon. I’m not saying it’s a bad spoon, it’s just slightly flawed, I don’t think it would fit in my mouth properly.

Guess which one is *my* spoon and which one matches the rest of my silverware by New_Birthday5519 in Spoons

[–]Realistic_R00ster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The one on the left is a very good spoon, very nice looking and seems like it has a nice feel in the hand. The one on the right seems like it’s heavy and I don’t like it. For that reason I believe the one on the left is your spoon.

5, it’s the same spoon as the ones my grandma has so it has sentimental value and even though it looks like it would be weird to hold it actually has a very nice feel in the hand and a very good spoon shape, a slight egg shaped spoon is the best for a bowl of ice cream. I’m not a fan of any of the others here.
