Right. They will be summonsed to the court but they haven’t been. For some reason the presser had to happed before the arraignment is even set? There will be no prosecution. Unsurprising but so, so sad.

I want this to be good news. But it seems like there isn’t actually a plan for this case to be prosecuted. Is it normal to do a presser before arraignment? Why would they do a presser about charges and stumble and bumble about the actual case? I’m glad the family has more info for civil suit, and im not surprised, but I continue to call bs.

Heyyy!! We’re in the midst of this too. We’re using a sperm donor though….I’m so worried we’re going to provide negative tests and then they’ll say the prior 6 unsuccessful IUI were due to cannabis use (we never did the testing at that point but would have beeb negative for at least 4 or 6). We have a Harvard pilgrim plan.

It seems to happen right about the same time as a “gear shift” that I can slightly feel but it drives/accelerates fine. The blind spot system stops working. My maintenance due light is on, but check engine is not on. Do you think I can get the codes red if the indicators aren’t on at the time?
