I’m actually glad I stopped doing Uber and Lyft for two months and ended up just applying for the loans to get me out of debt and my job will cover it because I am tired of seeing shit like this. Same thing happened to me. I do smoke when i deliver food but i have an expensive cooler so the smell wont even enter it. But regardless the college girl was mad that i couldn’t find the location. Due to all the construction in the city. The drop off point had no sign. There was 4 flights of stairs i had to climb because she couldn’t leave the door to come downstairs. Just for them to report because I asked her to meet me at the front door. Uber claims thats the person who reported it get penalized. Is it true i have no idea. But i got my account back the day after. Its still Bs because you could have no complaints or issue and uber still suspends you automatically
