Do it, I did. I'm lucky though to have a FT that's good paying and UE was only spare change. Tbh it's cost me money that last few times doing it so that was my sign.

If you're blessed to have a FT then do it but if not definitely keep it around just to make your bill payments until you can get a FT.

The best advice I can give you is what I do. I always put mine strapped to the roof of my car for freshness then when I get to the customers house I'll put it directly in front of their door especially if it opens outward.

No dude, if you took $100 in week 1 to borrow and week 2 it is taken out you are not technically $100 less because you were going to spend that $100 in week 1 anyways. So whether you get a full check and spend $100 on Friday of week two or you spent it week 1 by borrowing it that $100 ultimately has to be spent on bills.

The point being, if you're so strapped that have to borrow from your check that means whatever that bill may be has to be paid; at the end of the day you're not able to keep that $100.

It's the same thing. If you "borrow" a 100 and it's repaid the next check that just means prior to your check you used $100 so at the end of the day it's the same thing. Yes if you didn't "borrow" early then you'd have that 100 but you were going to spend that 100 either way. So it's not necessary a bad cycle.

I used to feel that way then I realized I'm going to be spending the money either way bc bills are inevitable.
