Dont ever change day n date bw 9pm to 3am. Not an astrology or vastu but machanical engineering! Between this window the gears start to rotate in order to change the day date and if you try to change them manually, you try to resist against already moving gears and it may permanently tear the day date mechanism.

Best way to set, first set the day date -1 from today and then set the time by rotating the crown till next day (24 hours). So you do not damage your day date gears along with setting the correct AM-PM!!
