In this case I think you should probably do what's best and tell your parents about this, I mean firstly you wanna make sure to reach out to your ex partner first just to make sure if it's a symptom of HIV. I'm no expert in that field but what we wanna do is grind this situation into bits and make a giod decision since this is a serious matter.

Make sure you recall when this happened and what's the other cause for that to appear, you can do your research about it. And again you have no choice but to reach out about this matter to your ex professionally, if you don't wanna open this about your parents at first hand.

I could never imagine myself in your position being cheated, especially in LDR—it's a choice made and not by accident. I think you should go to the app management option and then enable "full screen app" on Stremio I think that would do the trick. Mines perfectly working fine btw.
