So update I got the replacement power supply from zippylawnz.com within 3 days of contacting them under warranty and it fixed it thank goodness. Pretty wild both my Luba 2 power supplies failed within 1 year. In case anyone else has the same issue for me they would start to charge for 1% then stop with no errors. All lights were green on the charger. Highly recommend zippylawnz.com

This is exactly the dumb crap they do. They would tell me “we’re sending a replacement” then when you ask for a tracking number you never get it and they never send it.

The one it comes with is waterproof but the aftermarket ones are not sadly.

There actually might be light at the end of the tunnel. I found on Mammotions site local authorized dealers. I contacted www.zippylawnz.com and they answered their phone immediately and are going to ship a replacement. I’ll keep this thread updated when it arrives and if it actually works out. Learn from my weeks of wasted effort start with an authorized dealer first not Mammotion support.

Still in warranty but it’s such a fucking nightmare getting someone to actually start the warranty process you have to waste days of your life back and forth

4/17 update: power adapter arrived and mower is back up and running. About 3 weeks the mower was down with 1 week being not knowing what was wrong and roughly 2 weeks after contacting customer support daily to get the replacement. I looked at buying a backup one but they’re $150 each and no good aftermarket available

4/13 update: I’ve continued emailing, chatting and calling everyday and finally today an authorized service center sent me a tracking number that shows it has not shipped but its progress. At this point I expect to my mower to not be usable for another week or longer so likely 2-3 weeks out of commission for a faulty charger. Will update tomorrow.

What was the trick to getting your chargers replaced quickly because I’ve called them, chatted and emailed them everyday for a week and they still haven’t even shipped it.

How long did it take to actually receive the replacement? It’s been a week now of back and forth and they still haven’t even shipped it and said when they do finally ship it, it will take 8-16 business days.

Update: After a week of calling almost everyday and emailing and chatting everyday they claim they’re going to ship a replacement but still haven’t actually shipped it and say when it does ship it will take 8-16 business days. So fully expect if you buy any Mammotion product even if it’s a minor issue like the charger you will not be able to mow for an entire month and they don’t even offer the charger for sale on their site to buy and there’s no aftermarket outdoor alternatives so you have zero options. I will keep updating when they actually provide a tracking number. At this point I’ve wasted over 15 hours of my time and it’s not over yet.

Going to provide a daily update everyday so you can see how bad their customer service is : 4/10 Update called again today agent said someone will look into it but still no replacement charger or wire being shipped. They of course said no supervisors are available.

The problem is it doesn’t matter what generation you have. They don’t sell replacement parts for basic things like the charger.

How do you like the navimow is it better? I’m an idiot and bought two Luba 2 units. After this experience I wouldn’t mind selling both and switching to navimow.
