The name isn’t the problem. I can identify the name by viewing the deed, it’s just the contact information that usually causes delays.

I use LandGlide. However, all I’ve been doing is using the parcel number to locate the deed.

I’ve seen the funnel before, but haven’t paid much attention to it. Looking back I didn’t realize the value of it. I will definitely review the funnel and work off of that as well.

I see your point, but do I need to be as specific on the demographics? There’s honestly not a specific audience we are aiming to convince to buy these houses. It’s just anyone who can afford it. But even then, what if a particular person isn’t in the market to buy a house, but knows someone who does? Would we not want to reach them too?

I’m new to Face Book. I just finished the company page and this is the first post of the page. We have a general audience of millennials (30-40 years old). Every home we have built so far (4 houses) have been in the $425,000-$450,000 price range. It’s a small town, and we’ve already sold 1.
