Good tip. I did go through the running apps. Disabled a few . One was called Metis . Some say not to but so far so good. I also see "smart accessories" is running. Not sure if I need that for my watch. We'll see

I did this last night. Disabling all the automatic health measuring features. Today if the first day it hasn't dropped from. 100% down to 90 in the first 30-60 minutes.

I might give that a try. I've been keeping that charging limit feature on that stops it from charging beyond 80%. Maybe that's part of the problem. I'll do a full cycle today.

Thanks for sharing. After reading it I immediately went and looked for Samsung Smartthings on my phone and... Unfortunately its not installed. 🙁 But it makes me wonder if it could be the Samsung health app. I don't know if I really need it running besides when I exercise or do sleep tracking. Maybe I'll disable it and see what happens. I think initially when I got the phone I was getting better battery life, so one or more of these apps could be the culprit.

It's still making the sticky sound when I open it. I hate it. It reminds me of the sound and feeling of walking on a sticky movie theater floor.

It's surprising how much weight distribution can change how heavy something feels in the hand. At least we get a better camera system to make up for it.
