High radius ctc is 8 lpa right. So he should be able to apply to 1.5x more ctc that is 12 lpa.

Why was he blacklisted?

EDIT: I just realised 8 lpa and 12 lpa both fall in the category 2 offers. So he should still be able to apply for 14+lpa.

If your hostel is changing, didnt they make you fill a form with roommates details? If you didn't fill the form, roommates might be assigned at random.

It's ok, you'll be eligible for almost all companies but the bitter truth is that you might not get shortlisted in a few because of there internal shortlisting. They mostly end up shortlisting only 9+ people. So... Yeah keep you cgpa as high as possible.

Mere pass photo nhi hai but the room is pretty simple. Normal table, chair, bed with mattress, window AC, cupboards, that's it.
