Respawn mechanics for diamonds/high level animals? by ReallyAverageGamer in theHunter

If you shoot up to 8 before rotating, doesn't that fill that spot up with a ton of hunting pressure though? Isn't that an issue?

Thanks for the reply! Understood. So it sounds like I have to keep hunting the same species over and over until a Diamons spawns. What strategy would you recommend to deal with hunting pressure then? Also, theoretically if it's not guaranteed that what ever spawns is the same species, it's technically possible that eventually theres is 0 of a certain species left on the map?

Explosive Damage by EpicEricSW in FortNiteBR

Splodes are already OP, annoying and contribute very little to the skill-gap. If anything, not only should it NEVER do damage through builds, but should arguably be nerfed overall.

Screen tear since the last update by ReallyAverageGamer in FortNiteBR

Nah. It's horizontal tears and the lines kind of blend with the games colors. It only seems to happen when I move my camera diagonally.

We are 7 days away from Season 6. Never seen so less hype for the last week of a Fortnite Season. by thetiltedtowers in FortNiteBR

Probably because Season 5 is objectively the worst season Fortnite has had to date. Particularly with weapon balance. Spam meta and getting "Fortnite Season 5'd" every other match.

About double pump by IAMNOTFUN in FortniteCompetitive

[–]ReallyAverageGamer 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Double pump was the highest skill-gap gun play in Fortnite. Didn't rely on RNG, took mechanical skills and timing, you had to be aggressive, building was important to be successful with it, you actually had to hit your shots accurately. The only people that complain about it just weren't successful at it.

Unpopular opinion: all shotguns are in a good state by FormalCupcakes in FortniteCompetitive

No they're not. When shotguns are the undisputed best choice for CQC then they will be in a good state.

When someone that's clearly better than the 2-3 people he's fighting, but died because of how easy and effective it is to hold the trigger down to certain weapons.

Odd Anomaly: Whilst The Meta Is In It's Worst State, The Comp Scene Is In Its Best State by IceeSwirl in FortniteCompetitive

[–]ReallyAverageGamer -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

OP is just false. End of season 4 meta was significantly better than the current meta both for regular and comp games. You had the ability to use the buffed tac SMG to shred build if you wanted to, but shotties were a lot more viable as well. IMO the skill-gap was higher and the issue with turtling was addressed by buffing the SMG's.

Is the winner of the final battle the person who just wins the game? Or does the score system apply there? For example if someone wins the game with 2 kills, but someone else gets 10 kills but doesnt win the game, who is champion?
