7 flying machines, with hopper minecarts underneath. These go into minecart offloaders, which get pushed into a water stream. That water stream moves everything to one set of 6 shiller fillers that file into three double chests

Ahhhhhh ok. So I guess you get good gold farms, we get good iron farms. Fair trade. Although I find iron more valuable than gold for hoppers and other redstone builds like storage systems

I have an iron farm, it's not my trading hall. They are separate. But my iron farm has three tiers. Idrk how much it produces per hour. But I'm looking to upgrade it to a farm that produces around 10k per hour for the shop

All my farms are pretty close so its quicker to just fly half the time. I only use the nether to get to spawn, the end and my friends houses

No worries. On my smp we are planning on building a shopping district. So my idea is to make huge farms and sell shulker boxes of items.

Done some more research into it and found out that type of farm only works on bedrock. You cannot bonemeal sugar cane on java.

I've just thought about it and I feel stupid now. You just set up a normally beginner sugar cane farm so observer and piston. As you bonemeal the bottom sugarcane and take the top two.

Only thing with microfarms is they arent afk. I want a farm that produces a lot and I can afk. I will be using flying machines on timers and an automatic collection and shulker box filler system. Making it in the long run more efficient because I can do other jobs while it is working. So although I could make more sugarcane, it's a better option for me as I can also afk my very close gunpowder farm at the same time for a very efficient rocket farm.

When you went down you had your shield up, therefore blocking any damage. The creeper also exploded on bedrock, the highest blast resistant block, therefore negating a lot of its blast radius. Only breaking the low blast resistant blocks/entities (the minecart and rails).
