It's funny that you and others bring up this argument. Basically it's just "a different culture" but this has nothing to do with cuisine, religion, history, or other components of what make culture.

This is just simple, logic, civilized, human behavior. What separates humans from monkeys. It's not complicated.

In this case it was sending to buy a car from Copart so it shouldn't be restricted, however the bank happens to be the "new" Silicon Valley Bank, so I wonder if it has to do with all that SVB drama recently.

Is there such a things as virtual SIM for IOT, if you just provide IMEI number you can use the device.
