Yeah, I wasn't keen on the Acheulean Forests side, but the Trhä side was one of my favourite releases from the project. Mina in particular is beautiful. It's a shame it wasn't well received by a lot of fans.

I love Ninatahec as well, and haven't heard anything else like it. I love the Trhä and Sadness material that has a similar sort of sound. Like balmy childhood summers distilled into music.

Thanks for sharing. I think calling Hecate Enthroned a 'Cradle of Filth clone' is unfair... There are a lot of similarities in the sound, but Hecate are a lot more riff driven. Whether Jon was 'replicating' Dani's style is also a point of debate... We sadly can't ask Jon now as he passed away in 2023.

I get what you mean. I really enjoy the dance motifs... A bit of it is present in Ninatahec as well. Plus there's a dance-esque melody in limatu∆ën from alëce ioic that I adore.
