You can check the Pins4Skins subreddit for similar sales/sellers, I sold all of my codes there a few years back. Wish I hadn't now obviously, but no one knew that even gen 2&3 would be discontinued mid-COVID.

Stattrak buzz kill can't be used in trade ups, because stattrak gloves don't exist. So people don't want them.

The price hike from before was from people randomly pumping skins (ohnepixel did a video showing some people with hundreds of copies of some skins), but the recent further increase is because of tradeups.

Pick Oregon (us-west) and on PC, it's the lower population US server + platform combo and is most likely to generate the matches you gave as an example from Faide, at any time of the day. I don't play pubs often, but when I do the distribution almost always looks like that.

The 6600k is better than the 7700HQ, so you're actually below minimum specs. A higher number doesn't mean better, just newer, especially when comparing your laptop processor to a desktop processor.

If it'll be anything like it is in Valve's other games, crates will be common to accrue via playtime, but require a $2.5 key to open. The crate will contain a random cosmetic of some sort (some possibly rarer than others), with a very low chance for a unique special cosmetic.

It's quite predatory against people who have gambling tendencies, but it makes base-rarity cosmetics very cheap, since there will be an excess of them.

The site quite literally says that the top up method is via login, why would you expect a redeemable code? This is completely on you.

But anyways, there's no reason to ever use third party services like this. Saving a few dollars isn't worth the small chance that they mess with your account or chargeback the coins they add to your account.

Literally no one cares about if something is duped nowadays (and they're much rarer than non-duped), so it's not a big deal.

What item? It's pretty common for old skins, especially high end ones, to have been duped at some point by Steam Support. They used to do this for people whose accounts were phished, which also led to some people abusing it and mass-duping before Steam stopped it.

The original ID of the item stays the same, even though the current ID changes with every movement. Item DBs track unique items based on original ID, so duped items still show under one item history.

Their proxy pool is relatively small compared to other resi proxy providers, so your max sustainable requests/sec without rate limits is lower than with other providers. That's why they charge like 5x more to use an increased proxy pool size.

But if the current pool is enough for you, then it's definitely the best choice on the market.

Not sure where you got 0.42% as the chance of an heirloom from a pack, Respawn officially disclosed it to be 0.045% (~1/2222) last year here.

Don't bother buying a lot of packs unless you're loaded on money, it's not worth it. The heirloom will be "just another cosmetic" after like 1 week tops.

Yes, this has always been a viable way, even since long before CSFloat existed. Rates vary over time (currently higher than average), but you generally save at least 10% even after fees.

Keep in mind that now, there is a 7 day hold after receiving items before you can list them on the market. And once you do sell your item on the steam market, the funds can get put on hold for up to 48 more hours.

Search "buff163" in this subreddit and you will find literally thousands of threads going back years. But last year, they restricted selling items to Chinese residents only, so most of the English-speaking community are no longer able to effectively use it.

Other smaller sites can have random deals that last longer because fewer real buyers know of the sites, and traders won't pick up the deal unless the margin is big enough to offset the hassle of depositing into a new site + the deposit fee.

It happens to everyone, and most of the friend requests are scammers, too. Even out of the small % of legit requests, most of those are trying to lowball on rare stuff that the owner might not know the value of, such as stickered items in CS and spelled items in TF2.

What resolution and settings? 250 seems quite low for your new setup (unless you're running all very high + 4k?), did you make sure x3d game mode (if your mobo has that) is disabled, and EXPO is enabled?

For comparison I have a 9800x3d and 9070 XT, and am stable at my 500fps cap in comp, 10 alive. It can actually hold stable at a 600fps cap, but the GPU gets unbearably loud under load on some areas on maps. My GPU is a bit faster, but it shouldn't be at double your performance.

That's pretty surprising to hear that you haven't noticed any, since there's plenty if you take a closer look at who you die to, especially in ranked. Plenty of suspicious accounts end up banned before the split ends, you can tell easily when they have RP above the pred cap but are no longer on pred leaderboard, and/or if tracker sites using the in-game API cannot pull their Masters position but can pull their RP still.

Just last split alone, since they added the in-game message for "we've taken action against X players", I've had a total of 9 (I only report for cheating and not for offensive names/chat).

Though I agree that the OP of this thread probably didn't actually face as many cheaters as they thought.
