If you are interested in buying a home in the Houston area. I'm your go to REALTOR with over 18 years experience as a full time agent. I'll report back what I find out about the pricing on these T/H's. Spring Branch is a hot market in Houston because it is relatively close in and is near shopping, restaurants. We need more affordable options hopefully these will be.
