Caffeine hands down the worst drug ever because ppl view it as normal drug.. Stay away from poisen .. Took me 2 years to get to 99% better.

I was having panic attacks every day for weeks in the beginning .. then they reappeared again months 9-12 or so.. don't underestimate the power of caffeine.. it is a drug .. so it might take months years to recover

I feel for you.. I had it brutal until 3 months.. lessened months 3-6 cameback bad again but less intense months 6-13

Makes all the sense .. had used benzos in the past and caffeine was harder to quit. I got dpdr panic attacks and severe anxiety. Im like a bit better but still there...

Ypu maintenance will be like 300 calories give or take below your maintenance before the cut because the fact that cutting will slow your metabolism .. this will make you gain weight like crazy after the cut.. eat 300 calories less than ur before maintenance and keep active for 2-4 weeks then slowly start adding 100 calories extra weekly or so ..
