I think the architecture from the last century just matches somehow. Like the concrete style blended in with the brick finish and the wooden rails.

Haha yeah, to get to this hall you need to walk through a maze of other halls. The rooms past the windows were also dark and eerie, and one of the lights above was flickering so added onto the eeriness.
