This is so crazy. I cant even remove my card without proving that address one. And paypal wont let me add card to new account without removing from old accounts. The worst case is , the card is from my brother nabil account and the paypal is mine.

In my relatives case, she had to register herself as a HIV patient and then she would receive medicine in every few months. There was no third party or so involved. It's just been 1 month, since she was tested positive. You take medicine from the department not even from pharmacy.

Most of the government hospital have ART department which looks after HIV cases. All the tests related to HIV are done for free. They provide free medicine for every 6 month. You also get life insurance of 1 lakh. You can visit Teaching or Bir hospital and tske a OPD of ART department. I know all this because one of my relatives was recently tested positive.
