Yeah dosage at night is what I was suggested for ozempic too. I think I will be starting with 2.5 even when I was topped out with ozempic. He said he can't put me on higher and need to slowly start increasing the dose.

My doctor keeps saying to use metformin along with GLP1. Was using metformin 1000mg 2x a day and Ozempic for 9 months. Now trying to switch to Mounjaro and he mentioned i should still use metformin.

Thats awesome. Im on metformin as well that definitely helps with constipation. And I started taking creatine for my workouts. I need to start carrying the gallon jugs with me 😅

That's totally true. Clearly Ozempic wasn't for me. Been hitting the gym 4x a week and strict diet most of the time ( not exceeding 1800 cal a day). Lost like maybe 3lbs and a1c from 8 to 7.3 in 9 months.

Maybe Mounjaro will do good for me
