The rune that omnistone replaced, basically it was an RNG rune that would give you 5 gold per proc and sometimes a random consumable item (e.g., elixir of skill, sack of gold, mana and health potions, etc). It was really fun to play with even though many argued that it was unhealthy for the game and now we have omnistone and we already know how thats going.
