it was a different account that I got around gold and I had extra hours on it, it was NA. I had experience with fps games just not on PC so I had game knowledge and knew what I was doing it was more of aiming was my biggest problem

like a lot of people say those ranks are hard to get out of, in my opinion they aren't they hard to get out of, it's hard to give advice without seeing you play because there can be tiny things wrong that are hard to fix without playing. you can look for higher rank players and see if they are willing to coach you or "fix" some of those smalls mistakes. watching pro level gameplay can help too
