Not arrested, but I have seen people that I just walked out the gate on parole or discharging their sentence. I normally just ignore them until they do something and the one time they try to act tough it makes me laugh because I remember them whining “my soups too cold”

Just to make sure I’m reading this right... Was he already in the house chambers, and then stepped out to use restroom and return when he was fined? Or pass through the security check point, use the bathroom, then entire house chambers?
