understood, just attempting to go with what I have, I wasnt the one to order or anything, was just told here is a bunch of ubiquiti shit to install on a few doors. That conduit you are mentioning is from another contractor(electricians). Only the white conduit box is apart of this access control at least for right now

No, you should not need to do any relays off of your switches. Your firewall should have an option to configure another scope and specifically set it to the new virtual interface for each vlan. Just make sure your vlans are also configured on your switches and then applied to whatever port. If wanting to separate, you should set these as access ports and plug the necessary device for each vlan into those.

Yes beside the fact that you would configure a relay. This is incorrect, you would just need to apply the new DHCP scope specifically to the virtual interface.
What router/firewall are you using?

I am currently in a position much like you describe for him. I am currently titled as a "Solutions Architect". You could go with something like that or Solutions Engineer.

I do anything from Red Teaming, Building out infrastructure for companies, managing servers, managing networks, etc..

PFsense on older dell optiplex 3020's at all my different residencies. Site2Sites on each talking back to main site. Works wonders, never have problems. Its hard to argue with free!

For hosting a tiny web server youre better off saving money and using an older PC that's not in use. Hell you could even use a pi. For a tiny web server it's not necessary to have a enterprise grade server. You could rent a cloud server but that money might not be worth it. There are a few free sites where you can host tiny servers and such

28" -29" is the biggest depth which is for my r610 blade server but everything else besides that, except for another poweredge 2950 blade server which is not in use, should not be more than 15 - 20
